There’s not too much to say about a good dry herb pipe.
It’s a classic method of smoking, one stoners have been relying on for decades to get high. It may lack the smoothness of waterpipes or the ritual of a joint, but damn it gets the job done and it does it well.
With a bad pipe it’s easy enough to rattle off the deficiencies and all the ways that it doesn’t do the simple job it’s supposed to. This pipe is made from handblown glass, sandblasted to smooth perfection. It has a great texture and weight to it and fits comfortably in my hand. The bowl is a good size and works best for a solo sesh or a small smoking sesh for two people. The carb is large but not too large and I can easily cover it with my thumb. The chamber is long enough to get a satisfying dry and the pipe hits well.
You can feel the attention to detail that went into this pipe – it’s not just enough cheap glass pipe from your local gas station (although it certainly isn’t expensive either.) It’s also made in the USA, which I always appreciate.
